Worn or Used Products:

• Products that have been worn or used are not eligible for refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. 

Return Conditions:

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all labels, hygiene stickers, and original packaging intact (product should be in its plastic bag) along with the invoice, within 7 days of receipt.
